SMS Consent and Sign-Up Information

When a client books an appointment, they are asked if they would like to receive:

  1. Appointment reminders

  2. Occasional promotional messages

Consent is obtained via text, and no messages are sent without explicit consent.

Example:

“Would you like to receive a text reminder before your appointment? And may I also text you occasional updates or promotions? Please reply with A for appointments only, P for promotions only, or B for both. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.”

Each response is logged and time-stamped by Twilio as proof of consent.

Opt-Out Instructions

Clients can opt out of any texts at any time by replying STOP. This immediately disables future messages, and the opt-out is recorded by Twilio.

Contact information is never sold or shared. All text messages are sent only with the client’s explicit permission and for relevant communication about appointments and updates.
